I have over 17 years of Real Estate experience as a licensed Realtor (#285412--TN) in the states of Indiana & Tennessee. Most of my previous Real Estate experience centered around new home construction communities working for custom home builders (i.e.: Pulte Homes; Federick, Harris Estate Homes; Newmark Homes; Parkside Homes). As a photographer, I use a super wide angle lens for many of the property's room photos so that the viewer can understand the perspective of the home's space rather than just a small corner of a room. I also know how to use different lighting techniques to bring out the unique features of a home. Of course a little photo editing of the pictures ensures that you will also get sharp, colorful and warm images including HDR (High Dynamic Range) and Panoramic images.
